A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm all reservations.
Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the rate plan selected.
Rates are quoted per room, per night, and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.
In case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation may be charged.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Baby cots are available upon request.
Maison 7 is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and public indoor areas. A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.
Maison 7 is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations and used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
Maison 7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or government restrictions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Athens.
